Dosage: The concentration of the prepared solution of this product is less than 3%, and it should be added to the flotation process. The addition point should refer to the site. It is generally added to the stirring drum or flotation tank, and can also be added to the ball mill. The dosage is 50-1000 g/ton of raw ore.
Use/Application: Mainly used to suppress fine-grained carbon minerals such as graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon. It is widely used in the flotation of colored metals or rare precious metal ores such as copper, gold, and lead zinc. By selectively targeting graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon, the surfaces of graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon are strongly hydrophilic, avoiding the adsorption of graphite or organic carbon on the surface of the target mineral, competing for flotation, covering, or adsorption. Thus, the target mineral can efficiently interact with the collector, achieve efficient recovery of the target mineral, effectively improve the grade and recovery rate of the target mineral concentrate, and also reduce the dosage of the collector and foaming reagent.
